The kitchen


As sous-chef in the event team, he supports Pierre with his advice and ideas. Looking back, he has over 20 years of experience in catering, but Arnaud has never stood still.


Our event chef is able to prepare dishes at the highest level. Calm, composed and very careful, he conjures up his creations on the plate and is actively supported by his team.



Domi brings a good mood, charm and a lot of commitment with him every day. He fully supports the team in setting up, dismantling and running the event. He also has several years of experience in the catering sector, which he knows how to put to good use and is a huge help to us.

As a career changer in the event industry, he has acquired a wide range of knowledge through his great initiative and has become familiar with the great passion of the industry. Competent, helpful and solution-oriented describes his way of working perfectly. He does not shy away from any size of event, as he has already been able to supervise various events.


Many years of training at the Swiss Hotel Management School in Lucerne have given him diverse experience in all possible areas. In the best hotels, he has internalized his love of detail, courteous manner and solution-oriented thinking and calls on them every day.
